Before starting off please follow these steps:
1) Be sure you install the recommended plugins. They are free and great and some necessary.
2) Check the theme options and don’t forget to add a logo, a background image or an image slider ( defaults will be used if no values are provided ).
3) This is the code I’m using for the contact form. Don’t forget to install first the Contact Form 7 plugin. It’s basically the Contact Form 7 standard code with two divs, cleft and cright for styling and positioning the form on the page.

4) Also setup the Contact Settings from the theme options page. There are areas where you can style the content by using some really simple shortcodes: [p] – paragraph for text blocks, [span] – span/simple container for text parts [br] – break/line break
